2+ Year Design Contract (Initially 3 months)
I was brought on to support the global rebrand of William Hill — initially a three month contract that evolved into a two year engagement with the in-house design and marketing teams. My role expanded to include creative development across digital, retail, and print channels for multiple brands, including 888 and Mr Green.
Working at pace across multiple markets, I delivered consistent, on-brand design at scale — adapting global assets, building new campaigns, and solving up to 10 Jira tickets daily across a fast-moving team.
Brand Rollout: Supported the full rebrand across WH territories, producing creative for Sports, Vegas, Gaming, Bingo, and Retail.
Digital Campaigns: Delivered multi-format assets (CRM, Paid Social, Display, App Stores), working within brand and compliance constraints.
Retail Design: Created external/internal window displays, POS, and shop-fit guidelines across 800+ UK locations.
Cross-Brand Support: Developed campaign and brand assets for sister brands 888 and Mr Green.
Event & Award Campaigns: Produced high-impact visuals for the Sports Book of the Year Awards, from concepts to venue materials.
Tools & Workflow: Adobe CC, Jira, Bannerflow, Figma, and asset libraries. High-volume, BAU and campaign-ready.
Streamlined Global Rollout: Delivered consistent design across all William Hill verticals and territories, accelerating the brand’s go-to-market presence post-rebrand.
High-Volume Output: Resolved up to 10 Jira tickets daily, ensuring campaign deadlines were met during high-pressure periods, including two company acquisitions.
Retail Rebrand at Scale: Designed materials for the rebrand of 800+ UK retail locations, improving brand presence and customer engagement in-store.
Event Campaign Impact: Created compelling visuals and event materials for the Sports Book of the Year Awards, supporting a high-profile industry event that enhanced brand prestige.
Improved Workflow Efficiency: Built asset packs and templates that sped up BAU campaign delivery and reduced bottlenecks across the team.
