I founded Reflect Design in 2009 with a clear intention: to deliver high-quality, strategically grounded design without unnecessary layers or inflated overhead. Since then, I’ve partnered with SMEs, national brands, charities and in-house teams — providing clarity, consistency and dependable creative support.

Today, Reflect operates as an independent, founder-led consultancy. Intentionally lean. Personally accountable. Senior-led from first conversation to final delivery.

My career spans agency, studio and independent consultancy environments, giving me a broad commercial perspective alongside creative depth. That experience shapes how I work.

I don’t design for decoration.

I design to communicate clearly, support business objectives and strengthen brand equity.

Every project begins with understanding — your audience, your objectives and your challenges. From there I develop structured, considered design solutions built to perform across print and digital.

Clients work directly with me throughout. There are no handovers and no dilution of thinking — just clear communication and consistent execution.

Since establishing Reflect Design, I’ve delivered over 11,000 individual projects for more than 200 clients — building long-term partnerships across sectors including property, education, charities, retail, technology and professional services.
