I starting working Club Kingswood Health & Fitness back in 2019, after completing a series of projects for their on-site Beauty Spa and Hair Salon.
Club Kingswood is a Premier Health Fitness Club is Essex. They provide an extensive range of facilities, which includes: The best equipped Gym in the area, eGym, large selection of Free Weights, Outdoor Rig, Body Composition Testing, Fitness and Holistic Classes, Personal Training, Squash, Racketball, Padel Tennis and Table Tennis.
Along with a Pool, Sauna & Steam Rooms, Beauty Salon, Hairdressers & Barbers, a Nursery & Crèche, Members Bar with Sky Sports, Pool Table & TNT Sports, Coffee Bar and a Function Room.
The business though established, had a limited amount of marketing tools at their disposal.
They had a logo but some very sketchy brand-guidelines which only resulted in their marketing and communications being let down by the design materials being produced.
Nothing matched, the colours, fonts and imagery being used did not reflect this Health & Fitness Clubs, professionalism, size and premier position in the market.
The companies visual identity needed clarity, consistency and the business needed someone who could manage this for them, not only in the short term but on an ad-hoc but long term basis.
"Hey my perfect client, of course I said yes!"
To firstly establish some stronger brand guidelines which could then be applied to their marketing.
Secondly, working the current marketing plan we mapped out a list of objectives and the order in which we would transform their current marketing suite.
Starting with re-visiting their OOH marketing materials which included, a bus stop advertisement, round-about signage, and outdoor banners, all to placed strategically in locations around the local area.
Though these products I started exploring and developing a stronger brand identity for the club. A look and feel which would be used to keep consistency though-out the clubs marketing.
Working closely with the clubs director and managers we established and agreed the final refreshed, new look and improved identity we would use.
The rest is history!! Over the last few years we have transformed every touch point for the club, including its members packs; voucher sheets; rate cards; on-site printed and digital time-tables, leaflets, posters, roller banners; social media campaigns and more recently their website.
